EWOT may not be suitable for people with certain uncontrolled heart, lung, blood-pressure, or oxygen-related conditions.

Anyone with a significant cardiovascular or respiratory condition, recent surgery, acute illness, unexplained chest pain, severe dizziness, or exercise restrictions should obtain medical clearance before participating.
2Do I need to be fit to use EWOT?
No. EWOT can be adapted to suit different levels of fitness and mobility. You can use an upright exercise bike at a comfortable pace, and the intensity will be adjusted according to your ability and how you feel on the day.

You do not need to complete an intense workout to take part.
3Is this the same as medical oxygen therapy?
No. EWOT is a wellness and exercise-based service in which oxygen-enriched air is breathed during physical activity. It is not the same as hospital oxygen treatment or medically prescribed oxygen therapy.

4How many sessions will I need?
